Anastazija Anastasovska Kostovska is a lawyer at Popovski & Partners. She has more than seven years of experience in legal matters in the Republic of North Macedonia working in the private and public sectors. Her areas of particular interest include protection of consumer rights, protection of personal data, intellectual property rights, information technology law, media law, telecommunication law and regulation, obligation law, tort law and administrative law.

Anastazija has attended many local and international seminars, conferences, and workshops for legal professionals. She has been part of the working group at the Ministry of Economy for the preparation of the new Draft – Consumer Protection Law, which harmonizes the law with several directives of the European Union.

Anastazija holds a degree in intellectual property, double degree program organized by the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Faculty of Law Iustinianus Primus and the University of Strasbourg, an LL.M degree in civil law, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in administrative law at the School of Doctoral Studies at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.

Anastazija is fluent in English.
