We were pleased to welcome the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University Vis Moot team at our offices and to arbitrate a practice hearing. The team is preparing for the Vis Moot competition to be held from 23 to 28 March 2024 in Vienna, Austria. The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, or “Vis Moot”, is a prestigious international competition focused on the international commercial law and arbitration. The purpose of the Moot is to promote the study of international arbitration and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The competition provides students with the opportunity to develop their written and oral advocacy skills in a simulated international dispute resolution setting.
