About
Ognen Martinov is one of the founding partners at Popovski & Partners. He is a legal expert with more than 10 years of experience in the legal sector in the Republic of North Macedonia. He was a trainee at the Basic Criminal Court in Skopje and member of the core team in another law firm prior to joining Popovski & Partners. His experience includes representation in commercial and civil litigation, as well as in criminal proceedings.
Ognen has participated in various projects focused on mining, energy, and telecommunications. He has also been part of many projects including high profile legal due diligence analysis in the country.
He is also known for his work in employment-related issues, insurance, material agreements, construction, and real estate.
Ognen holds an LL.M. degree in criminal law.
He is fluent in English.
